By Heart and Hand is a boutique style event planning and invitation firm. We also offer decorating (table) services, favors, and couture linens. We are located in the Middle Tennessee Area. We are currently accepting entries for a drawing for free Day of Event Coordination services in the Middle Tennessee area. We will pick at least 1 winner from the entries. Those entries that do not win will still receive 25% off of their DOEC services when booked with By Heart and Hand. Additionally, all entrants will be eligible to receive 10% of our already afforable service such as decorating your tables (centerpieces and flowers), wedding favors, wedding
invitations, and table linen and chair cover rentals.
We offer the lowest prices around on wedding table linen rentals for poly white tablecloths. We encourage you to compare prices. Additionally, for every table linen rental of at least 20 pieces, By Heart and Hand will "dress" the chairs of the bride and groom along with upgrading the linens on the head table and cake table for FREE! These upgraded linens will be beautiful couture linens designed to complement your other wedding themes and colors. Contact us if you need more details on this offer. Rules for Entry:
1 - Wedding must be taking place in the Middle Tennessee Area.
2 - Wedding must be taking place between the dates of April 1, 2009 to August 1, 2009 (not available Easter weekend).
3 - Bride and Groom consent that photos taken at the wedding may be used by "By Heart and Hand" for advertising purposes.
4 - Bride and Groom consent to provide a reference for their experience with By Heart and Hand.
5 - By Heart and Hand will meet with the winning bride and groom after they are chosen and both parties can determine at that point if it is a good match and chose to move forward or not.

In order to enter, please submit the following information to byheartandhand@yahoo.com no later than March 15, 2009. Winner will be chosen and contacted by March 20, 2009.

3 - Location of Wedding and Reception
4 - Bride's Mailing Address, e-mail address, and Phone number
5 - Theme of Wedding
6- Short statement on why you should receive the free DOC
